Common questions.
Real questions buyers ask about certifications.
How do I verify your certifications?
InterNACHI member status is publicly verifiable on nachi.org — search by name or business.
What's the difference between CPI and CMI?

Yes — $1M Errors & Omissions plus general liability. Coverage details available on request.
How can I tell if an inspector is qualified?
Verify their certification on the issuing organization's website (InterNACHI for us). Ask about insurance coverage. Check reviews.
